wanting to buy shares in a Japanese Co listed on Tokyo stock exchange?

hi i am looking at trading shares in a japanese company that is listed on the tokyo stock exchange but i cant find a website/dealer that will allow me access to the TSE. anyone point me in the right direction? thanks
